The Boiler and Pressure Vessel certificate provides cover for any sudden and unforeseen physical loss or damage caused by explosion and collapse of the boiler unit or other apparatus by force of internal steam or fluid pressure. The coverage is subject to the terms, exceptions and conditions of the certificate.
This certificate also extends to indemnify third party liability which the Participant shall become legally liable arising for property damage and bodily injury.
Cover damage to the boiler or other apparatus
Cover damage
to surrounding property belonging to the Participant such as buildings, machinery, stocks etc
Cover liability
to the participant because of fatal or non-fatal injuries to or bodily injury and damage to the property of the third party
Owner of the boilers & pressure vessel.
The total annual contribution that you have to pay may vary depending on the risk exposure, our underwriting requirements and the sum covered by the property. Subject to a minimum contribution of RM250.00.
This Product does not cover certain losses, such as:
You may cancel your certificate by giving a written notice to us. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a partial refund of the contribution provided you have not made any claim.
