The contribution you have to pay may vary depending on the No Claim Discount (NCD) entitlement, additional benefits and our rating factors such as the sum covered, vehicle’s age, vehicle make and model as well as the participant’s age.
Yes. You may cancel your certificate at any time by giving a written notice to our CSU via email, by visiting any of our Takaful myCare Centres (TMCC) or authorized agents, or through myTakaful Customer portal. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund of the contribution provided you have not made any claim.
Agreed Value is the amount of sum covered that we will reimburse you in the event of total loss or theft. Whereas Market Value is the amount of sum covered that we will reimburse you according to the market value of your car at the time of total loss or theft but subject to the sum covered as selected by you.
