We offer three (3) comprehensive plans under Takaful myProton Insurance Program – PIP Basic Plan, PIP Plan, and PIP Plus Plan which are designed to provide reliable protection and added peace of mind.

The contribution you have to pay may vary depending on the No Claim Discount (NCD) entitlement, additional benefits and our rating factors such as the sum covered, vehicle’s age, vehicle make and model as well as the driver’s age.
Yes. You may cancel your certificate at any time by giving a written notice to our CSU via email (csu@takaful-malaysia.com.my), by visiting any of our Takaful myCare Centres (TMCC) or Proton Authorised Dealer, or through myTakaful Customer portal (myTakafulCustomer – LOGIN). Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund of the contribution provided you have not made any claim. There will be no cancellation fee.
Agreed Value is the amount of sum covered that we will reimburse you in the event of total loss or theft. Whereas Market Value is the amount of sum covered that we will reimburse you according to the market value of your car at the time of total loss or theft but subject to the sum covered as selected by you.
